Wee Wedgits is a five-piece stacking toy. The pieces are solid colors and made out of a soft, lightweight poly-vinyl. Three of the pieces have an opening in the center making it easier for a child to grasp.

- Eye-hand coordination is practiced when the child plays with Wee Wedgits.
- The child can use two hands cooperatively to hold and stack a Wee Wedgit.
- Grasping and releasing is worked on when a child picks up and stacks a Wee Wedgit.
Play Ideas
- The Wee Wedgits can be lined up in a row.
- The Wee Wedgits can be stacked from smallest to largest forming an opening in the middle where the child can put things in.
- The pieces can be placed at different levels to encourage a child to pull up to reach for pieces, or climb over obstacles to get to a piece.
Adaptation Ideas
- A piece of non-skid material, such as Dycem or non-skid shelf liner, can be used to ensure that the bottom piece will not slip.
- Velcro can be added to help the pieces stick together.
- Hand-over-hand assistance can be given for children who require more physical help.

- This item can help promote the understanding of action concepts such as in/out and on/off.
- Contrasting colors provide an opportunity for color recognition and identification.
- Graduating sizes can be used to teach sequencing concepts.
